Finding the right trainer goes beyond experience—it’s about education and safety. Personal training has advanced over the years, and the best trainers don’t just show you how to exercise; they create programs tailored to your movement patterns, health needs, and any orthopedic concerns.
At FWF Wellness, we work with children, adults, and seniors. Every trainer on our team is nationally certified through NASM or ACE, with years of experience working with a wide variety of clients.
To ensure the highest standards, our trainers maintain board-accredited certifications, keep their CPR and First Aid current, and complete at least 20 hours of continuing education every two years—so you know you’re always in good hands.
We will help you by setting up a proper routine that meets you where your life is. Be prepared to lose fat, gain muscle, and learn how to install healthy habits that will last you a lifetime!
Group fitness is one of the most fun and motivating ways to improve your health. From cardio and HIIT to strength training, we offer a variety of classes designed to challenge you, make you sweat, and keep you coming back for more. Many of our classes also have virtual options, so you can join us from anywhere.
Just like our personal trainers, our group fitness instructors are nationally certified and licensed to teach their specialties. Every class is built to be safe, inclusive, and effective for all fitness levels—whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete.
To maintain the highest standards, our instructors complete 20 hours of continuing education every two years, keep their certifications current, and are always First Aid and CPR certified. You’ll get expert coaching in a supportive environment that helps you feel confident and stay consistent.
Be prepared to laugh, sweat and make loads of new friends!
