We at FWF Wellness pride ourselves on the high educational standards of our staff. We have a wide knowledge base in our team and collectively use that knowledge and evidence based practices to get the very best results for our clients.

Nicole Golden: Owner and Operator, Large Group Instructor & Personal Trainer

Nicole Golden is the owner and operator of FWF and holds an M.S. in Applied Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition. She is a NASM Master Trainer, Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and Behavior Change Specialist. She is also an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, a Parkinson’s Disease Fitness Specialist, and the author of the Drug and Alcohol Recovery Fitness Specialist course.

Nicole brings precision, expertise, and passion to every session and class she leads. Known for her well-coordinated group classes and calculated training sessions, she is also a beloved Zumba instructor in the community. Her dedication has built long-lasting relationships, with many members training with her for nearly a decade.

Brandon Roth: General Manager, Large Group Instructor & Personal Trainer

Brandon has been training clients since 2012 and brings over a decade of experience in helping both the general population and competitive bodybuilders achieve their goals—whether it’s building muscle, losing weight, or improving overall fitness.

As a former cross country, track, and wrestling athlete, Brandon went on to graduate from SUNY Brockport with a degree in Exercise Science. He holds multiple certifications, including ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, Prescript Barbell, and Prescript Skill Acquisition, giving him a strong foundation in both the science and application of training.

In 2019, he launched BCapo Fitness, where he coached clients with a focus on long-term results through smart progressions, proper exercise execution, and balanced training. His philosophy centers on mobility, stability, and strength, ensuring clients move well and stay injury-free while getting stronger.

Now serving as General Manager and Personal Trainer at FWF Wellness (since February 2025), Brandon combines his technical expertise with a personal touch. Known for being empathetic and deeply invested in his clients, he takes the time to understand their unique needs so he can help them succeed both inside and outside the gym.

Kirsten Miller: Large Group Fitness Manager

Kirsten holds an M.S. in School Counseling, is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and serves as Group Fitness Manager at FWF. She loves leading upbeat, motivating classes that strike the perfect balance of challenge and accessibility. From step to circuit training, Kirsten has you covered across strength, mobility, and stability. Her coaching style is supportive yet empowering—pushing you in all the right ways to help you grow stronger, move better, and feel your best.

Kai Tranchant: Personal Training Manager

Kai is a dedicated personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in strength training and fitness. With nearly two years of hands-on personal training experience, he combines practical knowledge with a deep academic foundation, as he is currently completing a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and working toward a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy. In addition to his studies, Kai trains athletes at Athens High School, focusing on performance enhancement, injury prevention, and overall athletic development. His passion for fitness and education drives him to help clients achieve their goals safely and effectively.

Kristina Cipolina: Large Group Instructor

Kristina is a licensed Spin and Zumba instructor with an incredible passion for fitness and fun. Known for her high-energy teaching style, her spin classes are always full and always electric. Hop into the saddle with Kristina and you’ll get more than just a workout—you’ll challenge your body, mind, and heart while leaving class energized and inspired.

Merideth Lezak: Large Group Instructor

Meredith holds an M.Ed. in Reading and is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She brings her passion and energy to the early morning hours, helping members start their day strong. Melissa’s classes are upbeat, motivating, and accessible—designed to build strength, improve mobility, and set a positive tone for the rest of the day.

Elizabeth Porter: Large Group Instructor

Elizabeth has been teaching Zumba Fabulous classes at FWF Wellness for six years. Elizabeth believes Zumba dance is a great way to stay healthy and fit!

When Elizabeth is not teaching Zumba, she is a teacher’s assistant at Moppets On Mulberry, a child care center in Towanda, PA.

In addition to exercising through Zumba dance, Elizabeth trains and competes in Special Olympics Swimming and Long Distance Running. Elizabeth also takes an active part in the worship services at the Athens United Methodist Church.

Elizabeth invites people of any ability to join her Zumba Fabulous classes to have fun and get fit! 

Rachel Trent: Large Group Instructor & Personal Trainer

Rachel holds a B.S. in Exercise Science, is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She’s known for her upbeat energy, great music, and fun approach to fitness. Rachel loves teaching high-energy dance classes as well as intense strength training sessions, bringing the perfect mix of motivation and challenge. As a trainer, she’s passionate about helping clients reach their goals while keeping every workout exciting and engaging.

Jack Romanyshyn: Large Group Instructor & Personal Trainer

Jack holds an M.S. in Exercise Science/Health and Human Performance and is both an ACE and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. With over 40 years of cycling experience, Jack brings unmatched expertise and passion to every class he teaches. He especially enjoys leading spin and stability ball sessions, creating workouts that are both effective and tailored to each participant’s pace and ability. A true master of his craft, Jack has played a major role at FWF, inspiring countless members to push further, grow stronger, and enjoy the journey.

Jennifer Rought: Large Group Instructor & Personal Trainer

Jenn holds an M.S. in Exercise Science and Sports Psychology and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She also brings advanced expertise as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Behavior Change Specialist, Pre/Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, Parkinson’s Disease Fitness Specialist, and course contributor in Drug and Alcohol Recovery Fitness.

Jenn’s coaching style is both calculated and easygoing—she meets you where you are and guides you toward lasting results. With her depth of knowledge and approachable personality, Jenn helps clients reach their goals with confidence and consistency

Melissa Underdown: Nutritionist

With an M.S. in Nutrition, Melissa is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician, as well as a course contributor in Drug and Alcohol Recovery Fitness. She is known for her kind, approachable, and supportive style, taking the time to truly listen and understand each client’s goals. Rather than relying on fads or restrictive swings that often derail progress, she guides people toward sustainable, effective nutrition strategies that fit their lifestyle and keep them on course.

Wyalusing Staff

Amber Otis: Large Group Instructor

Amber Otis holds certification through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist alongside a Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree in Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Although she has always been active with sports, her passion for lifelong health and wellness developed during college and her clinical internship in a cardiac rehabilitation and stress testing unit. She has since worked with all populations from youth to Silver Sneakers groups and enjoys encouraging others to reach their health and wellness goals.  

Alexis Harvey: Large Group Instructor

Alexis started her Zumba journey when she took her first class as a student in 2008. She quickly fell in love with the fun, energetic atmosphere of the class and it's helped her with her weight management and fitness goals ever since. In 2020 she made the leap to become an instructor and shortly after added her licenses in Zumba Gold and Zumba Step. She is excited to join the  FWF team and bring the Zumba party to Wyalusing!

Elliott Doyle: Large Group Instructor & Personal Trainer & Nutritionist

Elliot’s fitness journey began as a path to overcome a debilitating injury, starting with yoga and calisthenics before moving into running and strength training. His classes are designed to be fun, challenging, and positive, focusing on building strength, power, and confidence while remaining accessible to all levels. Elliot is passionate about helping members of his community grow, change, and become stronger and healthier. He strives to be a positive influence, encouraging consistency, self-kindness, and long-term success in everyone’s fitness journey.

Mo Profera

Mo lights up the room every time she teaches! Her line dance classes are always fun, energetic, and full of positive vibes. She has a natural ability to make everyone feel welcome and keep the energy high, so the workout flies by before you even realize how much you’ve moved.

With Mo, you’ll always leave class with a smile on your face, a great workout under your belt, and maybe even a few new dance moves to show off!
